Dor-An’s Home Health was founded in 1993 and is owned by Katy Saenz. Katy has been in the medical field all throughout her life and has always had the passion for helping all the infirm, disabled, and homebound patients in and around her community. Katy T. Saenz, RN, BSN, by her side as the Administrator, along with her two sons Joe E. Saenz Jr as C.F.O. and Jonathan Saenz as Computer Programmer. The family works together to assist their patients with their health care needs within a home enviroment with the help of all their highly trained and knowledgable staff. Dor-An’s Home Health staff of RN’s, LVN’s, and Home health Aides agree with both physicians and patients as they recognize the familiar surroundings help patients recover faster than they would in an institutional enviroment.

When servicing the elderly in the community with highly trained nurses, physical, speech, occupational therapists, and medical social workers, Katy saw the need for other means of assistance needed by the elderly. Dor-An’s then began to expand their services by offering Primary Home Care services with a provider in the home to assist with the patient’s daily activities and personal care. Along with the CBA program to further assist the patients and keep them surrounded by their loved ones. In order to improve the services offered to our patients, Katy expanded the company by successfully opening a branch office in 2004. Here at Dor-An’s Home Health we strive to assist our patients with all of their health care needs, “…because there’s no place like home.” Over 27 years in business, the Saenz family attributes company success in the retention of its employees.
